11/4: kemaman
week after that sabah! haih...
plus the diet are gettin hairwired..

monday i had rice vermicelli.. kekeke (bihun la tuu)
tuesday: half packet of maggie
wednesday: half plate of nasi goreng with tempe and night half bowl of bakso
thursday?
friday?

nak nangis.. and my birthday is in 6 weeks time.

Mission: Kebaya PELPEL - BERJAYA!!!

yes alhamdulillah.. misi kebaya pelpel berjaya.. although!!! hoping to get some pictures from BOB.. managed to get into the dress without any problems.. and the new hijab helps.. congratulations to me... now..

my new mission will be the not so new me.. ahahahahah i want to celebrate my birthday in my jeans... ihiks ihiks... all my lovely bootcut jeans... which costs me gejillion pounds!

saya budak sgt malas..

saya sgt malassssss .. jadi mari main tangkap2 gambar using the newly found function in my laptop.. ecececeh speaking of buta-IT.. whatever.. i have TONNES of work! 3 concurrent project running and i dont feeling like using my brain at all!!! ada aci? feels like saying...

anyway.. i tried the newly found love .. how to wear the hijab... i think i love it.. hihi.. okeh goodbyessss tie rack? ahahahah maybe.. but i'll keep on the tie rack for meetings and official things..

2. check the newly added relay.. put in cape and pass to the girls to do it.. i analyse it tomorow

urghhh... lapa ...

kekekke .. its gettin into me dah ni.. hunger pangs! gosh... the supplement should be making me feel full kan? it should be.. but why do i feel hungry.. aha!!!! (kekekek smack my on head) i have it for breakfast this morning.. and now look at the time.. its 2pm!!!

anyway... i have been on the diet for almost 2 weeks! haih la.. except i had rice over two consecutive weekend.. and my weight is still reducing... only 2gms.. ahaaahhha whatever! asalkan turun!

anyway... this week... nyer pre-plan menu (since i really need to reduce some serious whopping 5 pounds) .. lalalalala my kebaya pelpel still waiting anxiously for me to get into her.. (soon my precious.. soon!!) kekekekke ..

monday: i ate 2 herbalife + chicken soup + 2 slices of bread + 2 slices of asyura cake (its rice + meat thingy) .hahahah sounds byk gile..

tuesday: 2 herbalife meal + milo for dinner
wednesday: 2 herbalife meal + milo for dinner
thursday: 2 herbalife meal + milo for dinner
friday: 2 herbalife meal + dinner with parents in law.

please please let me see no 5 in front of the scale.... hiks hiks

it was a beautiful wedding.. alhamdulillah.

kekek ironically i dont have a single picture of the wedding coming from my pinky cam! since pinky cam ran out of battery and .... kekekekeke

but anyway.. its a beautiful wedding indeed... LOVE LOVE LOVE the dais!!! and the solemnization make-up.. and the bride's dress was nothing but perfect!

but one thing... the event went soo fast.. i couldnt remember most of it.. ahahaha gosh... maybe i had something else's in my mind...

well...another thing came up yesterday... colonel jamil was admitted to the hospital on saturday due to septicemia .. blood poisoning. col papa went under a prostate biopsy on Friday and later that day.. he found himself feverish. went to selayang hospital the next day.. and found that his blood is contaminated! gosh.. later they found that the rod that they were using for the biopsy is contaminated... haih...

anyway.. off to visit him again tomorow. Insyallah.. but as for today... I am in my laziest MODE evah! hiks hiks

:) sabah again.

arrived KK this morning.. and now sitting in my office in KK. hiks hiks.. it was supposed to be henry's.. but since he left APS.. i got this room for my use. i'll take some pictures later.. ahaks..

anyway.. i am dead sleepy.. and my meeting is postponed to later this afternoon. taking a 1 hour rest before i proceed with my protection coordination study.

urghhh... heard that.. more protection work is coming in... (i dreaded the work.. its not as fun as doing the interconnection or any transient studies.. and engineering design is sooo me! i love all the transient phenomena.. i have yet to encounter any major problem yet... and i need some exitement! ahaks) am looking forward to model arc model and transformer remnance flux..

aih anyway.. cape here i come, BLUWEK

tuesday: quick entry

hiks hiks.. i am a wee proud of myself (for surviving this far) ihiks... and i shall remain steadfast! anyway... I am still overweight!! (yes yes.. i am only 158cm tall.. which is not tall at all ihiks..)

looking forward to see 5 in front the scale again.. and perhaps 4.. whoa there.!!!! 4 is little bit ambitious.. but 5 yes definitely!!

anyway.. looking at the BMI scale.. I am still FAT.

I dont actually have any self esteem problem... i dont have any problem mingling with people... i dont hide behind anybody for any reason... and that is the main reason why I am gaining weight day by day... ahahahah I dont really care..

the only problem I have at this very moment!!! I cant get into my jeans anymore!!! all of em!!! ALL!!! except 1 which i bought few months ago! and my shirts... my beautiful shirts..

anyway enuf of the weight business...

off to sabah again tomorow.. and baby's big day is tomorrow!!! weeeeee!!! Selamat berjaya.. and may Allah blessed all of you and whatever you've worked for.

monday = 2 h.meal + 1 milo for dinner ( errrr takde kawan nak ajak makan)
tuesday = 2 herbalife meal + chicken soup? hihi
wednesday = 1 herbalife breakfast (b4 takeoff)+luncheon+herbalife dinner+ promenade gym (the gym is opened from 630 am to 9 pm)?
thursday = hit promenade gym (kalau larat lah nak bgn!) ? + breakfast + herbalife meal + flight meal ??? kikikikikik
Friday = 2 herbalife meal + 1 milo for dinner

saturday = leena's wedding - solemnization (2 herbalife meal + dinner)
Sunday = leena's wedding - reception (1 herbalife breakfast + lunch + herbalife dinner)

*nasib baik i just gain 200gm from weekend travelling and all the force eating! yay!!!

giler!!! committing to this crazy diet is crazy.. haih
supplement shakes doesnt usually do me any good.. but what the heck!! its worth of trying!!!

monday entry to start the week!

i cant sleep last night!..

i was thinking about my work.. it seems to be never ending.. and to tell you the truth.. sometimes i just dont know where to start. But, Alhamdulillah.. whenever i found myself stuck anywhere.. i will just sit back and ponder and pray... for Allah to help and guide me through the course..

and march came bring more hope to me.. I hope and I pray that more good news to come for me.. hubby said.. im his biggest rezki last year..

anyway... come april.. we will be a year.. and how time flies.. (dah nak kiamat jugak ni) time really flies.. and it felt like we just got married few months back.. sometimes.. felt macam belum kawen lagi pun ada...ahaks.

anyway.. good doa for everyone... it was thought to Nabi Adam A.S. if im not mistaken.

alaaaa.... when you are reaching 30.. everything starts to wrinkle!!!

alamak!!! today.. while working i noticed my sweet comel hands.. looks old!!! (demm you aircond!!!) it looks dry!!!! I need anti-aging cream STAT!! oh saya perlu ke body shop!!! i used to put on body shop vit e product.. and its good... skrg selepas mandi saya harus menyapu lotion! MESTI!!!! sebelum menjadi berkedut!!!!

OMG! i am going to be 30 in 68 days... shivers me timbers!!!

oh! oh! and i need to reduce my stress level!!! or i'll end up.. having wrinkles on my forehead before i knew it... and yeah!!! dear fatty me.. please shed some weight off ...





i need all the above... lalala... pocket runs dry!!! sigh sigh sigh.... eh APS bile nyer nak Bonus *coughcepatlahsikitbonusbulan3ninaksimapnduitbagitinggibukitbuatpecough*

confession of a workaholic.

well.. its about time i make a little confession.. :) (well baby.. im writing this in between me writing the final protection report on the whole S**** grid)

i always cheat my diet program! ahaks.. (telling myself that nobody would know ahahahah and comforting myself back after eating all the no-no's) but i think its about time i stop all the hanky panky.. (ye baby! hiks hiks.. kalau i makan nasi.. i akan ckp makan nasi.. no more bluff wahahahaha)


hiks hiks its almost noon now.. and i havent finish my planned 1.5 liter of water before noon! and its already lunch time haih!!

how time flies.. i started opening this entry @ 11 am.. hiks hiks.. seems that i need to performed few more simulations to get this thing done! sigh!!!!!

BTW, i got a new inspiration! and yes i love it!!! love it! love it..
i will reveal on it very soon..

anyway.. what did i consumed and plan to consume this week.
1. monday : 3/4 plate of rice + pecal ayam (dinner) + 20 mins exercise.
2. tuesday : 4 spoon of rice vermicelli + soup (dinner) + no exercise..slept at 4
3. wednesday: 4 spoon of rice (kekek spoon ok) + 1 whole fish + fermented soy (eceh.. tempe! ahaks) (lunch) + no exercise too tired because of the sleepless night.
4. Thursday: im planning to have soup for tonight. :)
5. Friday: fish! only fish. ahahahaha demm
6. Saturday: Kemaman (oh no!!!!! no food!) only 1 sattar is allowed. gosh kena exercise ni duk kemaman... )
7. Sunday: Haipeng's breakfast! ahahah coffee+eggs (contemplating on eating nasi dagang.. alalal)

I have a short term mission!!! to get into my kebaya pelpel.. demm.. gile lah.. cemana nak bagi muat kat kebaya pelpel tu pon tatau!!!

saya nekad! kekekkeke gosh.. mlm ni nak makan soup sayur je..!!!
mintak mintak lah muat baju kebaya kaler pelpel tu.. kalau tak .. takleh nak join the purple crowd lah weekend kat tepen nnt!

laparnya.. tapi dah gemuk..

oh gosh... soo far i managed to lost about 1.7kg.. (yep counting all the fat that i gained during the trip to taiping)... oh gosh.. lets do some math here..

to maintain my current weight = i can eat up to 1930 kcal/day..

to loose 1 pound (err that is about 400gm) per week without exercising.. i need to reduce the calorie intake only to 1400kcal.

now.. if i exercise for 2 hours a day with 1000kcal burning.. i can burn around 7000 kcal/week and that is about 1kg..

now.. if we follow through the math.. cut down food.. to 1400kcal + 120 minutes of moderate exercise/day.. can make you loose 1kg/week.. wah! 4kg in a month.. 8kg in two months.. ahahahahah damm!!! susahnya nak diet.. now let us look how much is 1400kcal of food..

  1. Nasi putih (satu setengah cawan) = 260 kalori
  2. Nasi lemak bersambal (sepinggan) = 400 kalori
  3. Nasi goreng bertelur (sepinggan) = 635 kalori
  4. Nasi briyani berayam (sepinggan) = 880 kalori
  5. Nasi minyak kosong (sepinggan) = 445 kalori
  6. Nasi ayam kosong (sepinggan) = 300 kalori
